When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to give reasonable notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, so the slot can be offered to another reporter.

Caltron provides training and guidance in good faith, based on our understanding of local reporting practices at the time a session is delivered. We do not guarantee any particular publishing outcome, byline, or editorial result from attending a session. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Caltron's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the Magistrates' Courts and the High Court of Kenya as appropriate to the matter.
